WW2 US Army Air Corps Senior Pilot's Wings      see me on

These 3" Sterling Silver Wings were issued by the newly formed U.S. Army Air Corps WW II (predecessor to the U.S. Air Force) to Pilots having logged 1,500 hours flight time.

These mint condition 3" Sterling Silver Military Aviator's Wings are ORIGINAL, and should not be confused with reproductions. As can be seen below, these are ORIGINAL 'clutch back' with sterling silver keepers and bear the name 'JOSTEN' and the designation 'STERLING'. I have verified (in a conversation with a long-time Josten's representative) these Wings were manufactured under contract to the U.S. Army in the 1940's and the original casting molds have since been destroyed.

These Wings are in PERFECT, MINT condition (with minimal tarnish after 50+ years) and would make a great addition to your collection! The winning bidder will receive these Wings still wrapped in the manufacturer's original brown tissue paper. They will be packaged securely and insured (at the Buyer's option, but recommended by Seller) so as to arrive in their pristine condition.

Dont' miss your chance to acquire a perfect specimen of World War 2 Militaria!

Antique Bar Room Figure Head     see me on

This is a beautiful hand carved antique figure head of a woman. There are three of them this one looks like a beautiful woman in what seems to be a military cap. I'm selling all of them separate. So this is just for one. They originally came from Denmark off a ship. I'm sorry I don't no which ship. They were then taken to a hotel bar in Ft. Benton, Montana mounted on a back bar with mirror. In 1913 moved to 106 E. Broadway, Butte, Montana, to the Lol Bar. In 1929. it was turned into a soda fountain. These figures were then purchased from a mining company (Anacondia Co.). In 1973 my father purchased all three from an antique auction that was held May 28 & 29 at Higgenbotham Realty and Auction Company in Lakeland, Florida. I don't have the exact year they were made. We Believe it to be late 1800's. The wood could be oak or pine. Not really sure which wood was used. This is an amazing hand carved figure and would look beautiful, displayed hanging over a dining table or bar. It measures approximately 40" long by 11" wide at the shoulders which is it's widest width. Rare and beautiful carved antiques. Not easy to find. This one is in wonderful condition and is a twin to another one just like it. I also have a slightly shorter one that looks like a gentile lady up for auction.
